Overall it is a book about this girl that has a crappy stepfather that wants to send her away to an awful camp. He wants to send her away to a special school called Peaceful Cove and he tells her mother that it will be a wonderful place. I really liked this book, I liked it because right from the start it had a lot of action, I never wanted to put this book down, it had a very fast pace to it.
